Memorial Scholarship
Each year the Foundation recognizes the outstanding scholarship applicant with an award in honor of Hilda Watson Gifford.
Hilda was the first female graduate of the Cornell Hotel School and first director of the Hotel & Restaurant Department at City College of San Francisco. She was a lifelong advocate and crusader for culinary arts and hospitality management education.
